What is Reiki?
Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing art that is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body, mind, and spirit. Helping to restore the natural flow of life force energy that nourishes and supports your overall well-being. offers stress reduction and deep relaxation that helps physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Reiki can be performed in person or at a distance (or virtually). Either way has the same effect.
Animal Reiki is a special style of Reiki and communication with specialized techniques for practitioners to offer the benefits of Reiki to all species and their caregivers. I offer flexible Reiki sessions for your animal companion, available in-person, virtually via video call, or remotely using a photo.

This Reiki session is designed to restore energetic balance and calm the nervous system gently.
You’ll relax fully while energy flows to where your body needs it most.
The recipient remains clothed during the session. I will gently place my hands on or near the recipient’s body.

• Full body energy balancing
• Post-session grounding + discussion
Reiki for Animals

Reiki for animals is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice designed to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain while promoting relaxation and emotional well-being. Great for rescue animals!
Practitioners work with an animal’s consent, often using light touch or hovering hands, allowing the animal to guide the session’s duration.
Whether in-person, via video, or sent remotely through a photo, I create a sacred, loving space for your pet to receive healing energy.
Following the session, I will provide feedback about the experience and any observations that may help support your animal’s well-being.
Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki is a form of remote energy healing that works on the same principles as in-person sessions, allowing practitioners to send healing energy to a recipient anywhere in the world.
It is highly effective for reducing stress, pain, and promoting emotional, mental, and spiritual balance.
